Apricot Iced Tea Popsicles
- 2 medium apricots
- 4 bags black tea
- 2 cups boiling water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 ⁄4 cup apricot nectar
- Boil water and brew tea. Steep for about 5 minutes. Add honey to the mix and stir until dissolved. Stir in apricot nectar.
- Slice apricots into thin slices and add several to each popsicle mold. Pour tea mixture over the slices and fill the popsicle molds. Transfer to freezer for 4+ hours.
- Once frozen, remove molds from freezer and run under warm water. Enjoy!
