WARRANTIES / COPIES OF RECEIPTS
Can I get a copy of a receipt?
Yes! For copies of receipts from your kitchen shop purchases, as may be needed for warranty claims, please reach out with as much information about the purchase as possible. The name of the purchaser, the item name or description and approximate date of purchase will help us locate the receipt.
Is my purchase still under warranty?
The closure of the shop won't have any effect on your warranty. If you need help with the warranty paperwork or if you are not getting a response from a vendor regarding your warranty claim, we would be happy to help. We can't guarantee that the issue will be covered, but we can certainly help you make the correct contacts at the manufacturer and advocate on your behalf!
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
I need a replacement part for a product. Can you help?
Absolutely. Reach out with as much information about the product as you can (Model Number, Serial Number, etc) and we'll get back to you with options! Most commonly this request is for Kitchen Aid parts for models that are no longer in production. You can find many of these parts at kitchenaidparts.com.
I think my product has been recalled. Can you help me figure it out?
If you're wondering about product recalls for items purchased at the kitchen shop (most commonly the Cuisinart food processor pre-2016), you can absolutely reach out for assistance. The website for the Cuisinart food processor recall, which has a laceration hazard, is here.

OTHER
Is the store name Livingston Kitchen Shop or At Home On The Range?
The store name has always been At Home On The Range, but the domain name athomeontherange.com was not available at the time that the original owner set up the website. The website for the retail store during its entire life was this one (livingstonkitchenshop.com).
Would you be willing to sell this domain name (livingstonkitchenshop.com)?
Fun fact: There are 18 states with a Livingston! Alabama, California, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. If you're in one of those, and want this domain (and the derivatives like livingstonkitchenstore.com) reach out and let us know. We'd love to see a Livingston Kitchen Shop live on!
Would you be willing to sell athomeontherange.com?
For the right person, who also wanted the logo, sandwich board and hand carved sign.....maybe. Reach out and make your case. This can be entirely separate from the Livingston Kitchen Shop.
